1.教學目標
學習本課程之後，學生能夠： 1.作簡短自我介紹； 2.談論自己的家庭狀況與朋友； 3.與他人在電話中預約會面； 4.問路並且指點方向； 5.討論自己的喜好與厭惡； 6.邀請他人到某地。 
After the course, students should be able to: 1.introduce themselves briefly; 2.talk about their families; 3.make appointment with others; 4.ask and tell directions; 5.talk about likes and dislikes; 6.invite someone to go somewhere.
2.科目概要
 本課程旨在提昇學生的英文口語表達能力與聽力；除了口語能力方面的練習之外，學生也在教科書單元設計當中學習台灣與美國的文化差異。同時讓學生能樂在學習中。 
 This course aims to improve studnets' speaking and listening skills. Along with the improving of their conversational influency, students learn more in cultural differences between Taiwan and America. Makes learning English enjoyable and gets students to "smile in English".
